Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in Industrial Automation & Manufacturing to drive our company's growth. Requirements: Proven track record in promoting and selling strategic technology solutions, business consulting services, or strategic services to executive contacts within the Manufacturing sector. Experience engaging with companies specializing in machinery, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies. Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage complex, multi-year, multi-tier deals with Manufacturing industry leaders. Success in securing deals of $1M or higher, showcasing a strong ability to drive significant business growth. Deep understanding of the Manufacturing domain, including industry-specific challenges, trends, and technological advancements. Familiarity with regulatory issues and requirements specific to automation and manufacturing for ensuring compliance and strategic advantage. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with (potential) customers. Gain a deep understanding of Dies and Machinery products. Secure customer-generated purchase orders to meet or exceed annual goals. Continually reach out to prospective customers based on leads from business directories and other sources. Maintain and submit appropriate records for forecasting, quote status, and expenses. Assist in developing solutions to customer needs. Support all aspects of sales and marketing, including market research, lead generation, value proposition development, and communication. Assist in marketing efforts such as trade show participation, marketing collateral development, and involvement in trade associations. Support aftermarket sales efforts. Set goals and align activities to support them effectively. Travel Requirement: Travel to and from customers and prospective customers will be required. Salary and Benefits: $130,000 - $175,000 annually Comprehensive benefit's package offered.
