Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is seeking a Sales Manager in Greenville, SC with proven in-home sales and one-call close experience. This is an incentive-based leadership role where top candidates can earn $200K–$250K+ annually.

We need a hands-on working Sales Manager who can:

• Run in-home sales leads and close business.
• Train and coach reps in the one-call close process.
• Lead from the field, not from behind a desk.
• Build a high-performing home remodeling sales team.

Requirements:

• Strong Sales Manager background.
• Experience in in-home sales (windows, baths, sunrooms, or home remodeling).
• Track record of one-call close success.
• Ability to train, lead, and duplicate sales performance.
