Mazda of White Plains, part of The Premier Collection, has created a new, state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Westchester County. We are looking for a confident, positive, high-energy sales manager to help lead our sales team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team 


• Manage day-to-day sales operations and achieve performance goals.


• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., VinSolutions) to drive engagement, follow-up, and retention.


• Implement equity mining strategies to increase sales opportunities.


• Support and deliver ongoing sales training and coaching.


• Collaborate with the General Manager on pricing, merchandising, and inventory.


• Foster a transparent, ethical, customer-first culture.
