Sales Manager - Mortgages

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

• Inspire & Lead a team of Mortgage Loan Officers through coaching, recognition, and development that fuels both performance and engagement.


• Drive Results by meeting volume, service level, and budget goals—while never compromising the member experience.


• Partner Strategically with branches, contact center teams, and internal/external partners to align sales and service strategies.


• Champion Training & Development so your team is confident, compliant, and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the loan journey.


• Optimize Processes & Technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.


• Ensure Compliance Excellence by guiding policy development and maintaining adherence to regulatory and secondary market guidelines.


• Empower Members through financial education, thoughtful follow-ups, and service that builds trust and long-term relationships.

What You Bring

• Associate’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).


• 5+ years of experience in a retail financial environment.


• 3+ years of people leadership experience with a proven coaching mindset.


• Knowledge of secondary market programs and mortgage regulations preferred.


• Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.


• Experience with automated lending systems and reporting tools.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.


• Active NMLS number (or ability to obtain one).
