• Aggressively working special finance deals.
• "Closing" customers.
• Aggressively working customers for down payment money.
• Training our Team the right way "HOW" to handle a special finance customer.
• Developing and/or growing relationships with special finance companies.
• Working with finance manager to keep a clean contracts in transit list. 
• Working with the BDC and CRM to effectively manage potential customers.
