Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Steel Florida is seeking a leader for the position of Sales Manager. This Department Manager level position reports directly to the General Manager. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leadership role in promoting Nucor’s Mission, an appropriate focus on community & environmental stewardship, and a proven focus on profitability. Ability to create and execute a commercial strategy for the division and corporation. Develop team members through building relationships, training, and individual coaching. Analyze data and situations, think strategically, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Work collaboratively within the leadership team to drive our business.>Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

Five years combined experience in commercial, sales, and/or marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Four-year degree in Business or Marketing.


2. Prior sales or commercial leadership experience in steel industry or manufacturing.


3. Comprehensive knowledge of the Rebar business.
