The Sales Manager – Perricone MD plays a central role in supporting the growth and profitability of our US B2B business across multiple retail partners. This position is both highly administrative and highly developmental: you’ll touch every part of the sales cycle from product launches and promotions to reporting, analytics, and retailer.com merchandising.

Because Perricone MD is part of THG Beauty, you’ll work closely with central teams in Manchester, UK (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and more) as well as US-based cross-functional partners in Marketing, Digital, and Creative. Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills are essential to thrive in this global, fast-moving environment.

This is a high-exposure role where precision in the details meets impact on the bigger picture.

As Sales Manager, you’ll:  

• Manage and grow key retail, e-commerce, distributor, wholesale, off-price, subscription box, salon, and specialty accounts, delivering against annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.


• Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies, annual business plans, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with brand and company objectives.


• Own account forecasting, budgeting, demand planning, inventory management, and performance tracking to ensure accurate projections and achievement of financial goals.


• Analyze sales performance, inventory, sell-through, market trends, competitive activity, and retailer metrics to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize results.


• Manage promotional calendars, retailer programs, product launches, sampling initiatives, gifts with purchase (GWPs), markdowns, visual merchandising, events, and other commercial activities while maintaining profitability.


• Monitor account P&Ls, trade spend, promotional investments, margins, and discounts to drive sustainable, profitable growth.


• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure seamless execution across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Digital, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams in both the US and UK.


• Own retailer.com product content, including product page assets, copy updates, and digital merchandising initiatives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders, serving as the key point of contact for day-to-day business management and communication.


• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, performance analyses, and business reviews to support decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.


• Ensure operational excellence through effective management of product send-outs, order tracking, meeting follow-ups, and collateral distribution.

What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

• 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or sales support, preferably within prestige beauty, skincare, specialty retail, or consumer products.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing profitable customer relationships.


• Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, with experience leveraging data to improve performance, drive decision-making, and maximize ROI.


• Experience developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), managing trade spend, promotions, marketing initiatives, sampling programs, and retailer partnerships.


• Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial terms and optimize profitability.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.


• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a hands-on approach and strong business judgment.
