A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES MANAGER

As a Sales Manager, you enjoy leading the sales team, schedulers, and marketing team in achieving company goals. To aid them in their success, you create, maintain, and improve the systems and processes that they use. Team morale is a priority for you. You schedule and lead regular group meetings and one-on-one meetings to keep a positive atmosphere throughout your department. In these meetings, you also set goals and discuss progress. Staying on top of productivity, you take on coaching opportunities and motivate your team to achieve goals.
