We are seeking a driven, full-time Sales Manager to add to our team. The Director of Sales is responsible for continual growth via the acquisition and growth of apartment, builder, and commercial accounts. The candidate will have a sales background in the construction industry and will have a proven track record of acquiring sales in the commercial, apartment community, or home builder sectors. This person will have excellent leadership skills and will build and lead a strong sales team that supports our mission.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective
customers to generate new business
- Build and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets for expansion
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
-Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services and how then can
benefit our clients
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a construction industry
- Strong background in account management, business development, or technical sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
