Job Description - Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts

About this role:

Mujin seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team. You will identify and secure new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales acumen and a passion for technology. You will work closely with the Director of Strategic Accounts to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. 

\nResponsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our customer base within the industrial automation sector 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions 
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities 
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales plans 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients 
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements 
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Mujin's products and services 
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet goals 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the robotics or industrial automation industry 
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and their applications. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships 
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Willingness to travel as needed 
Preferred:
  • Experience with industrial automation technologies or robotics solutions 
  • Established network of contacts within the industry 
  • Experience in preparing and delivering technical product demonstrations
