Job Description - Sales Manager - Strategic Partnerships

Silver Bell Group is a dynamic, fast -expanding outsourcing company focused on building long -term partnerships and tailor -made business solutions for international clients across multiple industries.

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking to add a Sales Manager to our internal Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting business expansion through strong relationship management.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build trust and long -term value with partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Propose and support long -term and short -term sales goals aligned with business growth
  • Implement and execute the strategic partnerships strategy in day -to -day operations
  • Represent the company on the market through direct partner engagement, events, conferences, and industry networking
  • Establish initial contact with potential partners and deliver clear, convincing presentations of company services and partnership value
  • Understand partner needs and design tailored solutions to strengthen and expand cooperation
  • Maintain direct relationships with partners, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long -term collaboration
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion in cooperation with division and project development managers
  • Analyze performance and market data and provide improvement recommendations to the Head of Strategic Partnerships
  • Sharing best practices in sales and partner communication with your team mates

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a similar role
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong sales mindset with a consultative, relationship -driven approach
  • Proven ability to build trust, communicate value clearly, and influence stakeholders
  • Curious, versatile, and proactive personality with an innovative problem -solving approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast -paced environment
