What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.


• Drive volume, gross, and customer satisfaction performance.


• Manage sales processes, desking, and deal structure to maximize results.


• Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.


• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth operations.

• Proven success as a Sales Manager (or GSM) in automotive retail, preferably with General Motors experience.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with iPads, CRM systems, and modern tools.
