What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Sales Manager with a successful track record in automotive retail


• Finance (F&I) experience required – ability to lead in both sales and finance operations


• Proven leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and build strong teams


• Bilingual a plus


• KIA brand experience preferred but not required


• Punctual, timely, methodical, and committed to career growth
