 What You’ll Do



  • Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction scores by analyzing performance metrics to identify and address areas for improvement.

  • Provide hands-on coaching to the sales team, delivering training on effective customer service techniques and mentoring both new and seasoned representatives on best practices to elevate performance.

  • Recruit, inspire, and oversee the performance of sales teams.

  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge to support team and customer engagement.

  • Facilitate daily and weekly sales training sessions for Sales and Product Specialists to reinforce skills and drive results.

  • Mentor sales Associates at all experience levels, promoting proven strategies to enhance individual and team success.

  • Implement and manage a robust CRM system to ensure timely and effective follow-up with all prospective buyers.

  • Oversee the delivery process to include a personalized introduction to the service department and scheduling of the initial service appointment.
