Requires a Bachelor’s degree in relevant area and two (2) to five (5) years of professional experience. Sales experience preferred.

Job Duties
Duties & Responsibilities
Respond to event inquiries and prepare sales proposals from prospective and returning clients regarding the use of facilities and services for conferences and other events, including but not limited to external corporate and non-profit clients, individuals, and University faculty, staff, and officers. Conduct site tours for prospective clients as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Update client information and log event details in event management system. Generates contracts to ensure University policies are met for all external clients using university facilities on the main campus as well as satellite campuses: Downtown Law School, Meeman Biological Center, Millington Campus and Lambuth Campus.

Assist during summer conference housing with duties such as but not limited to: liaison between client and Residence Life, room assignments, catering, meeting room selections/setup, arranging transportation, etc.

social media pages, coordinate the production of any necessary brochures, direct mail and tradeshow items, including copywriting and editing.
