Sales Marketing Representative - Competitive Pay

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for self promoting, possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment and not afraid to get dirty.

Duties:

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with potential clients
• Visit prospects and clients on a consistent basis to develop relationships and build sales.
• Visit construction projects to meet the general contractors and sub contractors and promote our services.
• Attend client and prospect events and promote our services. Example: Golf Tournaments, Clay Shooting events, Baseball games, Football games, Hockey games, etc.
• Attend construction trades events and meetings to engage in different topics about the construction industry.

Requirements:

• Experience in outside sales is a plus but not required. However you can not be afraid to work in the cold, rain or hot sun.
• Not afraid to meet new people and cold call on a business.
• Strong sales acumen.
• Strong social media presence is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This positions requires more personal skills than professional skills. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay:

$52,000 - $60,000 per year
