Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Dhaka, Khulna, Rajshahi, Chattogram, Rangpur, Sylhet, Cumilla, Gazipur, Barishal, Mymensingh, Narayanganj etc.)

Job Description

As a Sales Officer at PalmPay Limited, your primary role will be to promote and sell mobile phones under the Tecno, Infinix, and Itel brands, along with our financing services that enable customers to purchase these phones on loan. You will play a vital part in expanding our retail footprint, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with mobile retailers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Tecno, Infinix, and Itel mobile phones and PalmPay’s mobile financing solutions.

• Identify and onboard mobile retail outlets for collaboration.

• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and ensure smooth after-sales service.

• Educate retailers and customers about PalmPay's loan process and mobile finance offerings.

• Execute field visits to increase product visibility and retailer engagement.

• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collect feedback from customers and retailers to improve service and strategy.

• Coordinate with sales managers and operations teams for seamless support and reporting.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share market insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

Experience

• 1 to 4 years in mobile sales, fintech, mobile retail, or related fields.

• Experience in the following industries is preferred:

  • Mobile Device Retail/Distribution

  • Mobile Accessories

  • Fintech or Microloan services

• Freshers with strong communication and field sales interest are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age: Minimum 20 years

• Must be willing to work in field-based roles

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Sound knowledge of the mobile industry is a strong advantage

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
