Sales Officer

Role & Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and convert new customers across assigned territories using consultative selling techniques.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, agents, and key local decision-makers.


• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach, product demonstration, and follow-up.


• Collect market feedback, competitor intelligence, and customer pain points to inform product and outreach strategy.


• Deliver accurate daily/weekly sales reports and maintain updated CRM records for all interactions.


• Participate in sales trainings, team huddles, and regional strategy sessions to align with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have


• Nepali language fluency (spoken & written)


• Proven experience in field sales or direct-to-consumer selling


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills


• Ability to work independently in remote or semi-rural areas


• Basic smartphone & mobile app proficiency (for CRM or reporting)


• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally by two-wheeler or public transport


• Preferred


• Experience in FMCG, telecom, or financial services sales


• Familiarity with Nepal’s regional market dynamics


• Basic knowledge of sales tracking tools or Google Sheets
