Sales Officer B2B Sales (Automobile Retail)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer – B2B Sales to develop and manage business relationships with corporate clients and institutional customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while promoting the company's automobile products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the assigned territory.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.


• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and vehicle demonstrations.


• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.


• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.


• Coordinate with finance, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and vehicle delivery.


• Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline using CRM or sales reports.


• Participate in tenders, corporate bidding processes, and institutional sales opportunities.


• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.


• Ensure excellent after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.


• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automobile industry or related sectors.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.


• Good understanding of fleet sales, corporate sales, and institutional sales processes.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.


• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license preferred.


• Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and business development.
