Responsibilities:

• LBC      sales training program, 4-day intense training at LBC
• Work      with director of product development to identify new products for sales team
• Work      with sales team on loading, showing and selling new products
• Work      with sales team on reducing truck inventory (60-day report)
• Work      with sales manager's in helping identify who may need help with inventory selection and levels
• Work      with sales manager's in getting training and ride along with sales teams
• Work      with sales manager's when there may be a coverage shortage due to illness or family emergency
• Be      willing to travel to other regions to help with training of sales team      members on the route
