We’re Hiring: Sales Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our growing sales team by keeping processes organized, opportunities moving, and clients well supported. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing behind-the-scenes coordination with direct client interaction. You’ll play a key role in supporting business development efforts while ensuring our internal sales operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Support the sales team with proposals, CRM updates, and opportunity tracking


• Coordinate communication between sales, preconstruction, operations, and leadership


• Serve as a point of contact for select clients—answering questions, following up, and helping move opportunities forward


• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing sales documentation


• Help maintain accurate sales data, reports, and dashboards


• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Comfortable working with clients, vendors, and internal teams


• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Experience in sales support, sales operations, inside sales, or administrative roles preferred


• CRM experience (Building Connected, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) a plus


• Construction, industrial, or B2B services experience is a bonus—but not required
