POSITION PROFILE:
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for sales and contracts administration for all government-related and service center customers. The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the sales team by managing order processing, customer documentation, and internal coordination across multiple stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely execution of sales processes, including purchase orders, customer paperwork, and system updates.
This position is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. The role also provides light support to marketing-related activities such as trade show coordination and customer-facing materials.

TRAVEL: Little travel is expected for this position, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required
SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$75,000 annual salary, plus participation in individual performance bonus plan.
