Job Description - Sales Operations Manager

We are Infrrd, an Enterprise AI company helping global enterprises extract data from complex, unstructured documents like invoices, contracts, engineering drawings, and handwritten notes. Our AI goes beyond data extraction to automate end-to-end workflows, reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and accelerating business operations. Our product is proven, enterprise customers are live, and we're ready to scale.


 


We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to build and scale the operational foundation that powers our sales organization.


You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize CRM operations, streamline processes, and enable our sales team to execute efficiently. If you enjoy bringing structure to fast-growing organizations and building scalable sales operations, we'd love to meet you.



What You'll Own



  • Own CRM (HubSpot) hygiene, governance, workflow automation, and data quality.

  • Lead the Sales Enablement program, including onboarding new hires, training on CRM, sales tools, processes, and best practices.

  • Manage lead routing, pipeline operations, forecasting support, dashboards, and operational reporting.

  • Design and continuously improve sales processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.

  • Manage the sales technology stack and identify automation opportunities to improve seller productivity.

  • Partner with Sales and teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and operational excellence across the GTM organization.



What We're Looking For



  • 6–10 years of Sales Operations or GTM Operations experience in a B2B SaaS product company.

  • Experience building and scaling sales operations in a high-growth SaaS company through rapid growth and evolving GTM processes.

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (preferred), Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.

  • Proven expertise in CRM administration, pipeline management, lead routing, reporting, workflow automation, and sales process optimization.

  • Experience leading Sales Enablement programs, including onboarding and training sales teams.

  • A collaborative, process-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in Enterprise AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Document Automation, or Enterprise SaaS is a plus.
