Job Description - Sales Person




We’re Hiring: Automotive Salesperson – Mills Auto Group | Shreveport, LA 

Are you passionate about cars and great with people? Join Mills Auto Group in Shreveport, LA, where we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:


  • Assist customers with vehicle purchases from start to finish

  • Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and inventory

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

  • Be a brand ambassador for Mills Auto Group




What We’re Looking For:


  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

  • Drive to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced environment

  • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus – but we’ll train the right candidate!

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
