Role Summary

We are growing, and we need enthusiastic Sales Porters to help keep things running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our inventory is well-maintained and that our Guests feel excited the moment they step into a Dealership.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare Vehicles – Ensure that all sales vehicles are clean, fueled, and in top condition for customer viewings and test drives.
• Customer Interaction – Provide friendly and professional service to all customers, assisting with vehicle pickup and delivery when needed.
• Lot Maintenance – Maintain the presentation of the sales lot, keeping vehicles arranged and ensuring a clean, organized environment.
• Support the Sales Team – Assist sales associates by delivering vehicles, moving inventory, and helping with test drives.
• Vehicle Check-ins – Safely move and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring each vehicle meets our quality standards.

Salary Description: $17.50-$19.00 an hour

Requirements

• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record without any violations.
• 4 years of driving experience
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
• Ability to focus on a Guest's and Sales Team's needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
