Sales Producer

Allstate Insurance agencies in Seattle are looking for energetic Sales Producers! Great pay and benefits offered!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Prospect leads

• Generate sales

• Execute, plan and implement office processes

• Service existing customers

• Cross sell

• Assist in targeting new customers

• Build business referral relationships

• answer incoming phone calls

• process policy changes

• assist with processing new applications

• Other administrative duties as assigned by the Agency Owner.

• Previous sales experience

• Currently hold or willing to obtain Property & Casualty, Life & Disability licenses.

• Customer focused

• Excellent phone presence

• Must be organized, able to multi-task, and efficient.

• Candidate must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude.

• PC and typing skills, Excel, Word, and Outlook
