What You’ll Do as a Sales Specialist

As a Bilingual Sales Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. You will:

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
   
• Conduct test drives and highlight features and benefits of our vehicles
   
• Confidently negotiate and close sales while maintaining professionalism
   
• Develop long-term customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
   
• Stay informed on product features, manufacturer certifications, and industry trends
   
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions—experience with CDK, Dealer Daily, and Drive Centric is a plus

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years in automotive or related sales
   
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
   
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
   
• Comfortable using digital tools and sales technology
   
• A self-starter with a results-driven mindset
   
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no Type A violations)

Earning Potential: $100,000 - $500,000 per year
