Location: Tustin Auto Center – Supporting Tustin Mazda and the all-new Tustin Kia

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Compensation: $25/hour guaranteed pay ($50,000 / Year) + performance bonus opportunities ($500–$1,000 monthly)

Status: Non-commission position

About the Role

As a Sales Product Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable. This is not a traditional commission-based sales job—it’s a career entry point into the automotive industry with guaranteed pay and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and engage with customers in the showroom


• Learn and share product knowledge on Mazda and Kia vehicles


• Provide guests with a friendly, professional introduction to our dealerships


• Assist the sales team with guest experience support


• Contribute to a fun, collaborative, and award-winning team culture

What We’re Looking For

No auto industry experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who are customer-focused, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• A background in customer service, hospitality, or retail (restaurants, fast food, hotels, etc. a plus!)


• Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable personality


• A passion for working with people and helping others


• An interest in learning about the automotive business with a path for career growth
