Midway Motors Auto Group is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for providing advice, selling and leasing new and previously used vehicles based on standards of gross profit, volume, and the satisfaction of dealership clientele. The ideal candidate should be able to build a relationship of trust with customers and demonstrate a serious commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and build a relationship of trust to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Help customers choose vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers to identify their needs fully.

- Explain product performance, functioning, and advantages to potential customers.

- Describe any optional equipment the customer might buy.

- Offer to road test the vehicle with the customer to demonstrate its features and answer any questions.

- Negotiate the sale price, including any trade-in value for the customer's current vehicle.

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for the sale or lease of the vehicle.

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous sales experience preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver's license.
