Overview:
Milford Chrysler Sales is looking to add driven, competitive individuals to our sales team. This is an opportunity to build a strong income in a high-traffic, established dealership where performance matters and results are rewarded.

No experience is no problem. We will train the right candidate to succeed in the Automotive Sales Industry 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Engaging with customers in person, online, and over the phone


• Identifying customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle


• Demonstrating vehicles and explaining features, pricing, and financing options


• Following up with prospects and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities


• Managing your activity and customer interactions in the CRM


• Working deals from initial contact through delivery

What This Job Requires:

• High energy and strong people skills


• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent


• Willingness to follow a structured sales process


• Strong communication and listening ability


• Self-motivation and accountability

Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, Military and customer service tend to perform well in this role.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Commission-based pay with strong earning potential


• Most first-year performers earn between $70,000 – $90,000+


• Top performers exceed six figures


• Full-time position


• Rotating schedule with weekdays and Saturdays


• Sundays off
