Sales Consultant – Findlay GMC Prescott


$2,000 Sign-On Bonus After 90 Days of Employment

This is an entrylevel Sales Representative role with clear pathways for career advancement and longterm growth. Responsibilities



  • Build strong customer relationships and create customers for life

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and understanding their needs

  • Become an expert in product features, packages, and technology

  • Conduct professional, high-quality demonstrations

  • Work all showroom and online leads for maximum sales performance

  • Follow up with buyers to generate repeat and referral business

  • Overcome objections and excel in sales situations

  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding performance and goals


Qualifications



  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

  • Previous sales experience preferred

  • Strong motivation for financial success

  • Professional communication and appearance

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid instate driver’s license and active auto insurance

  • Clean driving record
