Milford Chrysler Sales is seeking motivated and competitive individuals to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a substantial income in a high-traffic, well-established dealership where performance is highly valued and results are rewarded.
We understand that prior experience may not be a prerequisite. We are committed to providing comprehensive training to ensure that the right candidate is equipped with the necessary skills to excel in the Automotive Sales Industry.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers in person, online, and over the phone. You will identify their needs and match them with the appropriate vehicles. Demonstrating vehicles and explaining their features, pricing, and financing options will be crucial. Additionally, you will follow up with prospects, maintain a pipeline of opportunities, manage your activities and customer interactions in the CRM, and work deals from initial contact through delivery.
To succeed in this role, you should possess high energy, strong people skills, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining consistency. A willingness to follow a structured sales process, coupled with strong communication and listening abilities, will be essential. Self-motivation and accountability are also highly valued.
Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, military service, and customer service have been known to be advantageous in this position.
Compensation for this role is commission-based, offering significant earning potential. Most first-year performers earn between $70,000 and $90,000, with top performers exceeding six figures. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that includes weekdays and Saturdays, providing Sundays off.
