What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by understanding their wants and needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase or lease process.
• Maintain follow-up communication with customers before and after delivery.
• Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and industry trends.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and opportunities.
• Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs.
• Support a positive team environment and contribute to dealership success.
