Responsibilities of the
Sales Professional
include, but are not limited to:
Conduct "business to business" sales calls on manufacturing and food processing facilities throughout the region for parts, service, and service agreements
This is an introductory role into the compressor industry focusing on selling service plans
Manage all aspects of the Sales process including selling preventative maintenance contracts with new equipment, as well as new customer acquisition, and customer retention
Prepares and sends product specifications and quotation packages to customers
Makes follow-up calls and responds to customer inquiries
Maintains contact with customers before, during and after each sale to ensure customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needs
Travels daily within assigned territory to customer locations when necessary
Qualifications of the
Sales Professional
include, but are not limited to:
3 years of experience with air compressor service sales or other sales - automotive, heavy equipment, rental yard, industrial supplies, etc. and 1 year of outside sales
Strong inter-personal (people) skills with good aptitude to understand technical processes and mechanical systems
Work ethic - do whatever it takes to delight the customer
Strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills
Must pass a drug test
Must have current driver's license and acceptable driving record according to company guidelines

Additional Information
Pay Range:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year ( DOE ) + Commissions and bonus opportunities.

Working Conditions:
Visit customer facilities
Training/Certification s: Sales training and product training will be provided.
Shift Time/Overtime:
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
Travel:
Driving to customer sites - company vehicle with gas card. Must have current driver's license and acceptable driving record according to company guidelines
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. College degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
