• Engage in door-to-door sales to generate leads and build customer relationships.
• Conduct roof inspections to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Drive new business by actively prospecting and presenting Ridge Valley Exteriors' services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals while providing excellent customer service.
• Deliver clear and professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
• Attend training sessions to become a Certified Roof Top Expert, learning our products and services thoroughly.
• Contribute positively to the Ridge Valley Exteriors team culture, collaborating with fellow team members to achieve business objectives.
• Meet onsite the day of installation to provide customer service during roofing installation, reviewing details with customers, checking in, and closing out the project upon completion.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and building trust
• Availability to work five days a week, with Saturdays being the most productive and rewarding
• Willingness to conduct roof inspections and engage in door-to-door sales efforts (training provided for effective door-knocking)
• Ability to set up ladders, climb on roofs, work at heights, climb into attics, lift 50lbs, and work in various weather conditions year-round
• Roofing sales experience is a plus, but not required (comprehensive training provided)
• Ability to pass a background check for employment
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• An iPad, laptop, and smartphone to get started

• Compensation and Earning Potential:
  • 100% Commission-based
  • First-year potential: $75,000 to $125,000
  • Uncapped earnings: $150,000 - $250,000+ with effort and training
  • $50k monthly sales: up to $500 gas reimbursement (with receipts)
  • $100k monthly sales: $1,000 bonus
