Job Description - Sales Program Manager

Position Overview

The Sales Program Manager / Account Manager owns the customer relationship from initial commercial engagement through delivery readiness of the equipment.

This role ensures that customer commitments are clearly defined, formally approved, and executable by XNRGY’s internal teams. The Sales PM acts as the customer’s primary interface while coordinating closely with Product and Service Project Managers who own execution activities.

What You Own End-to-End

  • The complete customer relationship from quotation through shipment readiness

  • Customer communication, alignment, and expectation management during:

  • Quotation and contract finalization

  • Engineering and manufacturing execution

  • Delivery preparation

  • ·Accuracy and clarity of:

  • Commercial scope

  • Contractual assumptions

  • Deviations and customer approvals

What You'll Need, Among Other Things!

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, program management, account management, customer-facing operations, manufacturing, construction, or related industries.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer expectations throughout a project lifecycle.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams.

  • Experience reviewing contracts, proposals, quotations, project documentation, or customer requirements is preferred.

  • Ability to identify risks, drive issue resolution, and maintain alignment between customers and internal teams.

  • Comfortable leading project kickoff meetings, customer reviews, and status discussions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Experience working in manufacturing, HVAC, construction, industrial equipment, mission-critical infrastructure, or related industries is preferred.

  • PMP certification or formal project management training is considered an asset.
