We’re looking for a high-energy, competitive Sales Recruiting Specialist to help us grow our summer sales teams across the country. If you’re a strong communicator, love talking to people, and want to be part of a fun, results-driven culture — this is your shot.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct 8–14 interviews daily with candidates applying for our door-to-door sales teams
• Evaluate and identify top talent for pest control and lawn care sales roles
• Conduct interviews via Zoom, no cold sourcing, leads are provided
• Guide new hires through the onboarding process and ensure they’re ready to begin
• Collaborate with leadership to meet weekly and monthly recruiting goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, personable, and persuasive communication style
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applicants daily
• Competitive mindset with a passion for hitting goals
• Experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service preferred — but not required
• Entry-level candidates welcome — we provide training and support
  
  

Compensation & Schedule:

Base Salary: $35,000 ($17 an hour)

On-Target Earnings: $60,000+ (Base + Commissions & Bonuses)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be able to commute to our Sandy, UT office daily

Location: In-person at our Sandy, UT office

PTO + Paid Holidays

Commission earned based on monthly performance
