What You'll Do:

As a Sales Rep with PSI, you'll represent top-of-the-line product solutions for Wholesale Distributors, New Construction Contractors, Service Contractors, Builders, Architects, Engineers, and Mechanical Contractors in Commercial and Residential Plumbing, PVF, and HVAC markets. Covering the metro Cleveland area, from Toledo to Ashtabula and south to I-30, you'll cultivate and maintain strong relationships across the supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. 

Our Manufacturer Rep’s serve as the vital link between manufacturers of high-quality HVAC, plumbing and mechanical products and the distributors who supply these products to contractors who rely on these solutions. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend the best solutions, and provide technical support and training.

In addition to your sales efforts, you’ll collaborate closely with manufacturers to communicate market trends, customer feedback, and product performance, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.

This is an on-the-road position that requires regular travel across the metro Cleveland area. You’ll frequently visit customer sites, attend meetings, and engage in face-to-face business development. Overnight travel is required as part of the role, so candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and extended hours.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of mechanical products or solutions
  • Current residency in the Greater Cleveland area
  • Knows Commercial Plumbing, HVAC, or similar industries preferred
  • Proven experience in direct sales to commercial/industrial markets
  • Self-motivated, with a positive, resilient, and resourceful attitude
  • Comfortable with frequent travelovernight stays as part of the job
  • Bonus: Trade school training or engineering knowledge in plumbing/HVAC
