By following a fair and professional process, the in-home sales consultant can sell all products and services provided by USA Insulation and represent the company professionally while preserving the customer-first service philosophy of USA Insulation.


Job Summary

  • To connect with potential customers and sell all products and services provided by USA Insulation.

  • To represent the company professionally and preserve the customer service philosophy of USA Insulation.

  • Spend enough time with customers to establish a relationship and build trust with the potential customer and our product. 



Essential Functions

  • Understand the installation process as it pertains to the Sales role

  • Understand and apply the USA Insulation Sales Process (PitchBook, Sales Video, Sales Handbook, etc.)

  • Learn all the details of the USA Insulation PitchBook and apply for the Sales role

  • Meet homeowners at pre-set appointments between the hours of 10 AM and 8 PM. Allow for frequent Evenings and Saturday appointments

  • Meet homeowners for “write-ups” to meet the homeowner’s schedule

  • Write-up contract per USA Insulation specifications

  • Take pictures of the work to be performed per USA Insulation specifications. Pictures to be printed and displayed with a contract for installers

  • Responsible for the collection of the financial down payment prior to work and the balance of payment at the completion of the job

  • Contact HVAC Professionals & Roofers as a referral source

  • Contact all previous customers as a referral source

  • Call in all scheduled dates when the job is sold

  • Visit homeowner and crew on the install date

  • Learn and use the USA MAX system online and an Estimate. Follow all Policies and Procedures of USA Insulation while on duty. Other responsibilities and functions might be required. Ask our team if interviewed

Status Scope

  • All USA Insulation Sales Representatives will report directly to the Owner/Operator. 

  • Must have a car and means to drive to all appointments

  • Must be able to read and write

  • Must be able to speak English

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous Sales experience in a related field and closed at a successful rate

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Commitment to Customer Service

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn

Travel Requirements:
More than 30%



Compensation: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
