Sales Rep II

Summary:

Responsible for supporting customer relationships, sales execution, opportunity development, and territory coverage within an assigned geographic area, customer group, or market segment. Works closely with District Sales, Sales Managers, Strategic Account Managers, Customer Service, and Operations to support growth across the FET Drilling portfolio and deliver responsive customer support.  The Sales Representative serves as a frontline commercial resource and is expected to maintain a regular field presence throughout the assigned territory, including visits to customer offices, operational facilities, district locations, and drilling rigs to strengthen customer relationships, identify opportunities, and support business growth.

 Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains customer relationships within assigned territories and accounts.


• Conducts regular visits to customer offices, operational facilities, field locations, and drilling rigs.


• Supports sales growth through effective customer engagement, opportunity identification, and follow-up.


• Promotes applicable FET products and services within assigned accounts and territories.


• Assists customers with quotations, product inquiries, order support, and issue resolution.


• Monitors customer activity, market conditions, rig activity, and competitive developments within the territory.


• Coordinates activities with District Sales, Sales Managers, Strategic Account Managers, Customer Service, and Operations.


• Maintains accurate opportunity, forecast, and customer activity information.


• Supports strategic growth initiatives and special projects as assigned.

• Customer relationship development.

Skills/Knowledge

• Broad technical knowledge of company's products and services and customer requirements.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Good negotiating skills.


• Capability to troubleshoot with customer.


• Ability to understand customer’s requirements.


• Valid drivers license

 Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

 Experience

• 3+ years of oilfield sales, drilling, equipment, rental, service, operations, account management, or related industry experience preferred. Demonstrated customer relationship and communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up capabilities. Working knowledge of drilling operations, drilling contractors, distributors, and customer procurement processes preferred.
