Salary: $45,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $60,000 - $90,000)

Sales Rep – Residential Customers (2 yrs sales exp req; Company car!) Description

Our client, a well-established and fast-growing home services company, is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team in Midlothian, VA. In this dynamic, field-based role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a mix of self-sourced and company-provided leads (roughly 50/50), meet homeowners face-to-face, and provide customized estimates for their projects. No two days are the same, and you'll have the freedom to set your own schedule while making a meaningful impact on every customer interaction. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial consultation to follow-up and close—with cycles typically ranging from one week to two months. Follow-through and a genuine desire to help customers will be key to your success. Sales Rep – Residential Customers (2 yrs sales exp req; Company car!) Responsibilities

•    Travel to customer job sites
•    Quote/ Estimate customer jobs
•    Meet and exceed sales goals
•    Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
•    Advise customers on-site or during calls
•    Upsell customers wherever necessary for a complete job
•    Prioritize customers to ensure all customers are fully satisfied with the service
•    Meet with manager and team on a regular basis
•    Set own schedule, ensuring customer homes are visited as soon as possible for quotes

•    2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
•    Ability to travel locally required (company car and gas provided)
•    Valid driver’s license required
