DecksDirect is growing and hiring enthusiastic, consultative, curious, people-focused, SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our sales team! This position plays a key role in helping DecksDirect achieve our goal of helping people realize their outdoor living dreams by working with customers to uncover, understand and bring their vision to life. What you'll do Be the go-to person to help your customers find the best possible solution for all their decking needs! Manage a book of business actively working to achieve and surpass quarterly sales goals in an uncapped commission structure Drive opportunities through inbound calls, email and other marketing lead generation activities. Convert opportunities to revenue through outbound calls, emails, and outstanding customer experiences Work with teammates (designers, buyers, logistics) to provide solutions that WOW your customers! Strategically follow up on design estimates with all your customers to guarantee they are happy and satisfied! Work diligently every day to ensure you match your customer’s outdoor living needs with our collection of products and services Qualifications Prior inside sales experience is a plus (we’ll teach you the DecksDirect sales process) Ability listen to customers and ask questions in a collaborative, needs driven manner Positive attitude with a competitive spirit  Capability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced environment  Computer proficiency is needed Great written communication skills Willingness to learn and adaptable in a dynamic environment Team Player
