Summary: 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person and virtual appointments with prospective clients to provide information about immigration processes, including eligibility requirements, documentation, timelines, and potential outcomes.


• Manage outbound and inbound phone calls, addressing client inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.


• Attend and schedule appointments based on client availability, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.


• Offering legal packages to assist clients in migration services.


• Creating invoices and receiving payments.


• Escalate cases according to firm guidelines.


• Keep records of client’s interactions, and file documentation properly.


• Follow guidelines, and policies according to client expectations.


• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.


• Other duties may be assigned.
  

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Minimum 1-year Customer service experience


• Time Management Skills


• Able to multitask


• Ability to work independently


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization


• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


• Ensure confidentiality of all the firm and client's documentation and information


• Trilingual (English / Spanish / Portuguese) required.
