Sales Representative

Location: This role is located in Orange County / Riverside County / San Bernardino County

Job Type: Full-Time & Seasonal

Work location: In person, outside

Shift: 12pm - 8pm Monday through Friday

Compensation:

• Commission that is based on performance
• Uncapped commission structure
• Average Full-Time income: $5,000-$20,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door to door sales with homeowners through face-to-face conversations in assigned neighborhoods.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our pest control and lawn care solutions.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs.
• Close sales and meet or exceed personal and team goals.

Job Requirements:

• Previous door to door sales experience is not required but is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a competitive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Reliable source of transportation.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, engage with homeowners, and offer our pest control and lawn care solutions.
