Excel Pest Services is a Pest Control and Termite Company servicing Florida and New Jersey, and we are looking for Outside Sales Representatives/Sales Inspectors to join our amazing team! Our company has celebrated over 30 consecutive years of profitable growth. We provide effective, affordable and environmentally responsible services in Residential, Commercial, and Termite Protection.  

Outside Sales Representatives/Sales Inspectors are required to travel to various locations and provide consultative information to residential and commercial properties with the primary goal to sell Excel’s Services.

In addition to the leads provided to you, you will also be expected to creatively sell out in the field

• After obtaining consent, you will inspect and measure homeowners' homes to provide to each prospect a professional, individualized analysis and program sales recommendation, including extra services
• Perform initial service and propose additional services
• Accurately complete all required paperwork. Leave behind approved Excel Pest Services sales and marketing literature
• Make follow-up phone calls, as requested by prospective customer, on a daily basis
• Sales Inspectors must be able to consistently hit or exceed their sales goals.  Consistency in performance is important, and training will be provided to help you reach and exceed your goals.

Requirements

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following:

• High School Diploma (or GED)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Door to door sales experience a plus
• 2-4  years pest control experience
• Excellent  oral and written communication skills
• Ability  to lift 15 pounds, and stand or walk for 8-10 hours/day while pushing/carrying measuring equipment and some ladder usage

Advanced problem solving and time management skills are a must
