KORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Delivers great service, ensuring safety, and best practices sharing your knowledge of Kreation to all guests.

-Drive profitable sales by maximizing guest service Communicates frequently and openly with Store KICs, Super

-KICs, and Krew members regarding any store opportunities 

-Inviting customers to come in after receiving a samples or friendly banter

-Makes meaningful connections with customers to best recommend our products

- Floor presence, people naturally gravitate to their amazing energy while they are on the floor.

- Champions Kreation Service with energetic, friendly, and prompt greetings immediately upon making eye contact with guests.

- Opens the guest to the Kreation experience by suggesting upsells, add ons, samples, and Kleanse programs.

- Actively offering samples to guests that walk in the store and or outside on sidewalk.

- Willing to continue learning, helping out wherever needed, communicating well with management and being a true team player!

- Owns a wealth of knowledge regarding ingredients, benefits, and uses for all Kreation offerings; shares that knowledge with   guests to empower them in making confident purchases towards their health 

- Always finds a way to deliver a positive and Komplete guest experience and keep them coming back! 

- Follows best practices regarding sampling, and inventory management. 

- Beautiful, loving person inside and out; maintaining excellent hygiene and a clean, neat, professional, and fun appearance.

-Helpful to the Store Krew in all aspects of store operations; constantly communicating opportunities for improvement. 

- Ensures that the Kreation look and feel is maintained to a high degree with clean and organized stores, lively Kreation sounds, and all of the latest Kreation signage & marketing materials; communicating all maintenance needs as needed 

- Kreating an inviting place to eat and drink! 

• Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours 
•  Must be comfortable with some exposure to steam, high/low temperatures, and humidity. 
•  Flexible, schedule/ must be available weekends and closing shifts. 
•  High energy, awesome communication, team-orientation, and diligent worker 
•  Must have Food Handler’s Card and pass all the requisite training and certifications assigned to the role.
