Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at iFOAM, you’ll meet with homeowners in their homes to assess insulation needs and unlevel concrete concerns. You’ll provide customized solutions, educate customers on available services, and close sales on-site. This role requires a balance of company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities, offering you the ability to directly impact your earning potential. All sales activities occur locally within your assigned territory area. This position requires no overnight or out-of-town travel.
Key Accountabilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate insulation and concrete leveling needs.
Educate customers on product benefits, service options, and pricing.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Run company-generated leads and proactively seek new opportunities through:
Placing yard signs in approved areas.
Distributing door hangers in target neighborhoods.
Networking with builders, contractors, and other trade professionals to build partnerships and generate additional business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activity in the CRM.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

Requirements
Prior in-home sales or construction-related sales experience preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Comfortable working both company-provided leads and generating your own.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
Use vision abilities including: close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule
Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods
