Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to help grow our presence across the state. This individual will focus on developing new customer relationships while strengthening connections with existing clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the machine shop and fabrication industries and brings with them a network of industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fabrication and field service repair sectors.

· Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth and customer satisfaction.

· Conduct site visits, deliver product/service presentations, and follow up on leads.

· Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate quotes and ensure project success.

· Track and report sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications:

· Proven sales experience, preferably in the machine shop or fabrication industries.

· Established network of industry contacts and customer relationships.

· Strong understanding of fabrication processes and field service repair needs.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to travel across the state as needed.
