High Guard is seeking competitive, motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. We are an exterior remodeling industry leader and a rapidly growing organization. We have great opportunities for hardworking individuals who have an interest in building a successful career in sales by assisting our customers in their unique moment of need.

High Guard delivers the best outside sales program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 3-5 days. Individuals we hire receive training on basic construction knowledge in order to assist homeowners through the decision making process. Prior experience is not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Average first year income range: $45,000 - $60,000 (Base Salary plus commission and bonuses)
• $2000 sign-on bonus

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Development and coordination of marketing strategies
• Promotion of High Guard's products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Delivery of sales presentations to homeowners seeking exterior remodeling products
• Participation in ongoing training camps on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
• Must have reliable transportation
• Independent nature, self -discipline and good time management
• Able to work in a team environment
• Sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity
• Must have a smart phone with data plan
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check
• Desire to mentor other colleagues after refining your skill set
• Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
