Sales Representative
 
I am seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join the Mary Stauffer Agency with American Family Insurance.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies to potential clients, while providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our insurance agency.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of insurance products, including coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and maximize customer retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must be able to work in office by yourself and take initiative.  Accountability is essential.  

  • A valid insurance license (Property & Casualty & Life License) or willingness to obtain one.
